Gift Voucher Instructions
• The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of sale.
• The gift certificate is not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be restored in the event of loss, theft or damage.
• Reservation of time for taking the procedures with Gift Certificate is by appointment, you must provide the number of the gift certificate.
• If for some reason you cannot visit the salon at the scheduled time, please cancel the visit at least 3 hours in advance. Untimely refusal of the booked time for completing the procedures for the gift certificate leads to the writing off of the equivalent amount of the planned visit.
• A gift certificate must be presented before starting a service in the salon. Salon services are provided only upon the presentation of a gift certificate.
